Valentine’s Day is a time of romance and, for some, even passion. To sweeten the day up for my Valentine, I took to the garden.
Our passionfruit has taken over our olive and fig trees, climbing ever higher towards the sun. My valentine hates waste and is always in a hurry to collect the produce and make sure it does not go into compost. My role is to source the recipes and create the edible delights.
Something I love to do, there is no better reward than a silence filled with the bliss of heavenly food.
